Customers may return unused, unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Email us at elletrainingacademy@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If your order was paid using Klarna, your refund will be processed via Klarna. Klarna will update your payment schedule accordingly.
