By accessing our website or placing an order with Elle Training Academy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Training courses, workshops and mentoring sessions provided by Elle Training Academy are classed as date-specific services. As such, the following terms apply:

• All booking fees and course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once a booking is made.
• Once a place is reserved, it is held exclusively for the student and cannot be transferred to another person or course date.
• Non-attendance without prior communication will result in the loss of all monies paid.

• A booking fee is required to secure a place on any training course, workshop or mentoring session.
• Booking fees are deducted from the total course cost but are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except where required by law.
• Remaining balances must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled course date.
• Full payment must be received before the commencement of any training session.

• A correct email address and telephone number must be provided at the time of booking to ensure you receive confirmation and course details.
• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance provider will cover them for any training undertaken.
• For courses requiring case studies (including Classic & Russian Volume):
  
  • Students have a maximum of three months to submit their case studies.
  • Certificates of qualification will only be issued once all required case studies have been successfully completed and approved.

Elle Training Academy reserves the right to make changes where absolutely necessary. This may include:

• Rescheduling the course date – in such instances, your place will be transferred to the next available date.
• Changing the training venue – any new location will remain within a reasonable distance, and notice will be provided wherever possible.
• Adjusting the start time of a course if required, with reasonable notice given.

If a course must be cancelled by Elle Training Academy, your booking will be transferred to the next available date.

• Payment is taken securely via our approved payment system.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email once the booking fee has been received.
• Legal ownership of any training materials or goods does not pass to the student until payment has been received in full.

Elle Training Academy provides:

• Physical beauty and training-related products (Elle Pro Range).
• In-person training courses and educational services.

All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice, though we aim to ensure accuracy at all times.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We accept various payment methods, including Klarna. When selecting Klarna at checkout, you enter into an agreement with Klarna and must comply with Klarna’s terms and conditions.

Delivery times, fees, and processes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases.

• Physical products from the Elle Pro Range may be returned within 14 days.
• Training courses and in-person services are not eligible for returns once delivered, as the service has been provided.

We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from misuse of products.
• Delays caused by external factors outside our control.
• Decisions or policies implemented by third-party service providers, including Klarna.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
